Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Custom Smart Cards require 1–2 additional days for print and quality check before shipping.

 

Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 2–4 business days after processing – Expedited shipping: available at checkout for an additional fee.

 

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and carrier. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes charged by their country.

 

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

 

Returns

Non-customized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To return: email hello@sleektap.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

 

Custom Smart Cards

Custom Smart Cards (printed with your logo or artwork) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Exchanges

We offer free replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details.

 

Refund Timeline

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of an approved return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact hello@sleektap.com and we’ll resolve it promptly.
