What is SleekTap?
SleekTap is a range of tap-to-share products — Smart Cards, Review Stands, Sleek Tags, Wristbands, and InvisiTap stickers — that let you share contact info, collect Google reviews, accept tips, and grow your socials with a single tap or scan. No app required on either side.

How does it work?
Each product contains a small chip and a printed QR code. When someone holds their phone close — or scans the QR — your SleekTap profile opens directly in their browser. They land on exactly what you've set up — your contact card, your review page, your social profile, or your payment link.

Do I need to download an app?
No. Not you, and not the people you share with. SleekTap works directly in the phone's browser — nothing to install, nothing to sign up for on the other end.

How long does setup take?
Most customers are live in under five minutes. Check your email for your login details, set your password, go to My Products, paste your destination URL, and hit Assign.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Tap works on iPhone 7 and newer and virtually all modern Android phones. For any older phone, the QR code works on any device with a camera.

What's the difference between the five products?
- Smart Card — Credit card–sized tap card for networking. The only product with logo customization.
- Smart Stand — Countertop display for restaurants, salons, and reception desks.
- Sleek Tag — Compact tag that sticks to any flat surface — chairs, equipment, mirrors.
- Wristband — Water-resistant silicone wristband for events and active use.
- InvisiTap — Ultra-thin tap sticker that blends into phones, menus, or packaging.

Can I customize my product with my logo?
Logo and brand customization is available on the Smart Card only. You upload your design at checkout — the card ships with your branding printed on it. All other products come in standard designs and work great straight out of the box.

Can I use one device for multiple profiles?
Yes, with SleekTap Pro. Pro accounts support unlimited profiles and let you assign different content to different devices — useful for teams, agencies, and multi-location businesses.

Does it work offline?
Your SleekTap product does not need Wi-Fi or Bluetooth — it's always ready. The person tapping does need mobile data or Wi-Fi to open your profile in their browser.

What is SleekTap Pro?
Pro is an optional monthly subscription at $9.99/month. It adds real-time analytics, lead capture forms, review prompts, multi-profile management, link scheduling, team accounts, and priority support. Cancel anytime — your devices keep working either way.

Do I have to subscribe to use my product?
No. Every SleekTap product works forever without Pro. Buy it, activate it, use it — no monthly fee required. Pro is for when you're ready to go further.

Which iPhones work with SleekTap?
Tap works on iPhone 7 and newer. QR code scanning works on all iPhones with iOS 11 or later — just open the Camera app.

Which Android phones work?
Tap works on virtually every Android phone from 2018 onward. QR scanning works on every modern Android camera.

Does it drain the phone's battery?
No. The chip draws power from the phone reading it — there's no battery in the SleekTap device. It never needs charging.

Is SleekTap secure?
Your profile is hosted on secure, encrypted servers. The chip on the physical device only stores a link — no personal data lives on the device itself. You control everything on your profile and can deactivate any device instantly.

What if I lose my device?
Log in and deactivate it immediately — it stops working right away. Your profile, links, and analytics stay intact. Transfer everything to a new product and keep going.
Orders, Shipping & Returns

How long does delivery take?
Orders process within 1–3 business days and ship within 2–4 business days after that. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
International orders may be subject to duties and customs fees — those are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return my product?
Non-customized products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in the original packaging. Custom Smart Cards (with logos) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email support@sleektap.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. For 5 or more products, contact us for a volume discount — we work with teams, franchises, event organizers, and nonprofits.

Can I track who tapped?
Every account includes basic tap counts. SleekTap Pro unlocks full analytics — total taps over time, most-clicked links, time-of-day patterns, location data, and conversion tracking.

Can I capture leads?
Yes, with Pro. Build a custom form, add it to your profile, and collect names, emails, and messages from everyone who taps your device.

Can I connect SleekTap to my CRM?
Pro supports CSV export of leads for import into Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or any CRM.

Can my whole team use one account?
Yes, with Pro. Team accounts let you manage multiple devices, assign profiles to individual staff members, and track performance across everyone.
